- Custom filters are only available for integrations with iManage or NetDocuments
- We recommend to only synchronize metadata fields that are commonly used and filled in by legal experts.
How to set up customer filters?
If you want to configure custom filters reach out to your customer success manager and provide us with below info:
- Specify if you want to replace a pre-installed filter with your custom filter or want to add it as an extra filter
- Make a list of all metadata fields from iManage/NetDocuments that you want to include in Lexis® Create DMS.
