It happens that your SharePoint integration (via Service Principal) can be disconnected. When this happens we can not sync your contracts for updates. You need to reconnect as soon as possible to prevent delays and inconsistencies in your contract data.
Take the following steps to resume seamless integration:
- Configure a new client secret for your Microsoft Sharepoint integration:

- You can generate a new client secret by navigating to the corresponding App Registration in Azure Portal or Microsoft Entra Admin Center:
- Select Certificates & secrets.
- Select Client secrets, and then select New client secret.
- Provide a description of the secret, and a duration.
- Select Add.

- You can generate a new client secret by navigating to the corresponding App Registration in Azure Portal or Microsoft Entra Admin Center:

- Go to the Lexis® Create DMS Portal (for LexisCreateDMS customers) or to Lexis Create+ Portal (for Lexis Create+ customers)
- Log in with your Lexis® Create (DMS) credentials (or via SSO )
- Go to 'Integrations'
- Click Reconnect your account next to your SharePoint (Service Principal) integration.

- Click Connect and fill in the newly created Client secret Value (❗️not the Client Secret ID)
