I have problems signing in

Important

Make sure that you are using your company email address, as this is the one you were invited with, rather than your personal email address. 

1. Error message: ‘Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again


If you receive the above error message, try to login again following the below steps:

  • Click Sign in with Office 365 or Sign in with Google
  • Fill in your Google or Microsoft credentials to authenticate 
  • Important: in the pop-up window click Allow to give Lexis® Create DMS access

2. Error message: ‘Login failed. It’s possible that your company only allows login through Google or Microsoft’


If you receive the above error message, it could be that single sign-on (SSO) is enforced by your company. To resolve this:

  • Click on ‘Sign in with Google’ or ‘Sign in with Office 365’ 
  • Fill in your account credentials to authenticate
  • Click Allow to give Lexis® Create DMS access

 

3. Error message: ‘The request cannot be handled, please try logging back in'
