Troubleshoot: inviting users with UPN

❗ This article applies for organisations that use Microsoft Entra ID (i.e. Azure AD)

 

When adding users to Lexis® Create DMS, users need to be invited using their User Principal Name (UPN). In most cases, this will be the same as the email address, however in some cases it is not the same, see the screenshot of the user management pane in Microsoft Entra ID (= Azure AD)


In case the user is added using their email address and the user principal name is not the same, they will get an error message when trying to log in to Lexis® Create DMS. To fix this, please delete the user and re-invite them with the correct user principal name (UPN).Screenshot 2023-10-10 at 11.08.29 (1)
