Successful adoption for your firm and Lexis® Create DMS is like two sides of a coin. You want a return on investment to reach your targets. Our goal is to deliver results by building trust and helping you achieve the desired outcomes.
Lexis® Create DMS puts a lot of initiatives in place to guide you towards achieving good adoption. However, it's a partnership, and there are tasks on your end as well. In this article, we describe concrete actions that you, as a project lead or ambassador, can take to boost the adoption of Lexis® Create DMS.
🚀 Before launch
A new product launch is exciting but can also be challenging. It is important to get everyone on board from the beginning and that’s why internal communication prior to the launch of Lexis® Create DMS is critical. Here are our tips and tricks:

- Send out an email
- Give a short introduction during a department or team meeting
- Put an announcement in team collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Write an article on Intranet / Internal social media sites

- Add a short introduction on Lexis® Create DMS
- Add context i.e. explain how your team will benefit from this partnership.
- Include the next steps e.g. launch for ambassadors, training session data…
- Mention who they can reach out to if they have questions
3. Don’t wait until the last minute to inform your team about Lexis® Create DMS so they have time to prepare/ask questions /register for a training session.

🎤 Post-launch

- Create an internal communication channel related to Lexis® Create DMS where users can exchange best practices and questions

- Have a look at the Lexis® Create DMS Portal (for LexisCreateDMS customers) or to Lexis Create+ Portal (for Lexis Create+ customers) > Users and remind users to activate their account if the invitation is still pending
- Collect feedback from your team to ensure that everyone is on board and/or to identify where we can further support them. Below you can find a list of good example questions that you can use during an internal debrief session and/or email survey.

- Regularly check in with the ambassadors and users to follow up on feedback, questions and/or possible issues

- Please keep us updated on new joiners and encourage them to subscribe to a Lexis® Create DMS training session
